GeODin is continually being refined and extended to provide you with ever more powerful tools for complex data management and problem solving. To get the latest in new program functions, assistants and modules, we offer a specialist level of support as part of a GeODin Premium Service Agreement. The scope of services included are:
- free updates for all purchased GeODin program modules (via online update or DVD)
- direct help from the GeODin Developement Team
- Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central European Time (GMT +1) - GeODin consulting for solutions requiring specialist knowledge and extend beyond the application's of the standard features
- conceptional support in linking GeODin into the existing computer environments
- support in the development of applications on the basis of the GeODin data model
- problem analysis for GeODin projects incl. the transfer of data and checking for the purpose of error analysis and correction
Premium Servicing Agreements are avaialble for individual & network and installations and must cover all GeODin licences used by an organisation. The number of licences and the type of modules determines the price of a GeODin Service Agreement:
- GeODin Premium Service Agreement: 595 € per licence per year
- extended services for GeODin, including free updates for GeODin Logs, Site, Maps, Labs, Client/Server and GIS Extensions - GeODin Image Server Premium Service Agreement: 995 € per licence per year
- GeODin Portal Server Premium Service Agreement: 2,995 € per licence per year
