GeODin Maps is an embedded GIS within GeODin. It displays maps, points of interest, links to customised templates and is fully integrated into your workflow . GeODin Maps was developed to provide an urban information system and to manage monthly monitoring activities in Berlin. The all-in-one GeODin solution has replaced the former ArcView based information system.
The primary advantage of switching to GeODin data management is that all information, analysis and presentation are handled by one application. This greatly simplifies the workflow, enabling considerable savings in both training personnel and software maintenance. GIS data (maps and layers) are organized using the document management functionality built into GeODin. Settings can be saved so that layers look the same across different maps.

The March 2011 edition of the GeODin Newsletter focuses in detail on GeODin Maps.
