Exporting more than 9998 boreholes

News
24 May 2011

Because there is a limit of 9998 boreholes (or objects) that can be contained within one project, further objects have to be saved in additional projects within the database. This limitation can be restricting in certain cases, for instance when exporting the results of a query or objects to a new database.

For such situations there is an alternative option using the database „UniqueLocationID“, whereby the database is organised without project level management and can then accept more than 99.9 million objects (as long as the data volume does not
exceed 2 GB).

The linked knowledge base article explains the steps that need to be followed.
